No.

Does a cosmetic tattooing hurt?

I use a combination of different anesthetics to make sure the process is as pain free as possible. Keep in mind each person has a different pain tolerance. While there may still be a level of discomfort, it is typically minimal.

What should I expect after my appointment?

Redness typically lasts about an hour after the appointment. However, it can last longer. Your brows will appear darker for the first 2-3 days. After that your brows will start to flake and peel. Everyone heals at different rate but on average it takes about 7-10 days from the peeling to stop. From there your brows will then look extremely light and start to darken back up on days 14-30. Pigment will fade about 30-40% from the initial pigment picked. It takes a minimum of 30 days to see the final color. There is no need to take off any time from work.

Am I a candidate for cosmetic tattooing?

I do not provide microblading for people: under 18 years old, pregnant or nursing, if you have diabetes, glaucoma, hemophilia, Shingles, psoriasis or eczema on the area of treatment, allergies to makeup, keloid easily or if you're taking Accutane. Please double check all contraindications on website.

What are the Microblading pigments made out of?

The pigment line I use is specifically and only used for cosmetic tattooing. The pigments are formulated of iron oxides, alcohol and glycerin. I personally do not offer an organic pigment line.

What can I expect during my Microblading appointment?

During your initial session we will discuss the entire procedure. This includes: shaping the brows, a pigment consultation and the microblading procedure itself.

What should I do to prepare for my Microblading appointment?

If you typically fill in your eyebrows please feel free to wear them as you normally would do. This can be used to help determine the shape and pigment. If you regularly wax, pluck or thread please do this at least 5 days prior to your appointment. (Please also review prep & aftercare tab)

What should I NOT do prior to my Microblading appointment?

Please do not take any blood thinning medications within 24-48 hours of your appointment. Excessive bleeding can cause the pigment not to take. Alcoholic beverages and coffee should not be consumed the night before or the day of your session. Please also avoid sunburns, tanning beds, chemical peels and botox within 30 days of your appointment

What factors can cause premature fading in Microblading?

Sun exposure, lasers, peels, acids, exfoliation. directly to the treated area can all cause fading. Excessive bleeding during the procedure will also reduce the amount of pigment your body absorbs.

Please keep in mind

We CANNOT guarantee results for anyone. Some clients require an additional touch to achieve desired result and will be charged accordingly. Microblading is not intended to replace makeup but to enhance ones natural brow and beauty.
